HOW TO FIND US
FROM LULEÃ…
Take the E4 heading north, pass the exit for Råneå södra, carry on until the exit for Råneå norra. Turn right and continue towards Niemisel. After about 12 km you will see Melderstein Manor on your left.
FROM KALIX
Take the E4 heading south, take the exit for Råneå norra. Turn right and then continue straight ahead towards Niemisel. After about 12 km you will see the Manor on your left.
FROM BODEN
Follow road 356 to Niemisel, turn right at the crossroads. After about 12 km, go through Orrbyn and immediately afterwards you will see Melderstein Manor on your right.

Our chemicals handling is well organised, and we frequently use eco-labelled or chemical-free detergents.

We fix dripping taps and running toilets as rapidly as possible.

We avoid portion and disposable packaging as much as possible and prefer large packaging and recyclable bottles.

As we change products/machines, we strive for energy-efficient and eco-labelled products/machines.

We are switching to low energy lamps/LEDs.

We have geothermal heat as our primary heat source.

We sort our packages for recycling.

We cook all our food from scratch without additives.

We use environmentally classified disposable materials, office supplies, paper and conference products as much as possible.

The laundry we work with is ISO certified and we choose environmentally certified suppliers as far as possible.

We refurbish and re-use rather than to buy new things. Most of our furniture has been bought at auctions.

Check-in 15:00 - 21:00. We appreciate you informing us of your arrival time.

Check-out no later than 11.00.

Cancellation free of charge until 6 p.m. the day before the date of arrival.

Breakfast is included in the booking of rooms in the Manor. Breakfast is not included in the booking of rooms in the Courtyard Annex. Breakfast reservations can be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

INVESTERINGAR OCH BIDRAG
MÅLNING OCH RENOVERING AV HERRGÅRDENS TAK​
2021 fick vi stöd från Europeiska Jordbruksfonden för att renovera och måla vårt tak på herrgården. Syftet var att få bevara det vackra, gamla taket på vår kulturhistoriska byggnad. Renoveringen och målningen pågick under sommaren 2022. Idag ståtar herrgården med ett vackert och nymålat tak.​
