Our 13 rooms are located over two buildings, the Manor and the Courtyard Annex.
We are open year-round for groups, business and private reservations.
THE MANOR
The bedrooms in the Manor are typically decorated with inspiration from older times. Each room has its own unique touch and charm.
There are seven bedrooms in the Manor House, two of which are singles. All bedrooms are fully en suite, except one without a shower.
THE ANNEX
The Courtyard Annex has been refurbished in classic contemporary Swedish style and has six bedrooms. Two singles and four twins, all en suite.
The bedrooms either overlook peaceful meadows or the Manor House.
GUEST KITCHEN & RELAX
In the same building as our sauna and yoga studio, there is a charming relax area and guest kitchen. Here, private guests can prepare their own food if they wish. The relax area is much appreciated during our retreats, the couches invite long conversations with Swedish fika. For sauna guests, the couches provide a comfortable break from the heat.
SUMMER STAYCATION
During the summer we offer parking for camper vans and we also have a small cottage. Perfect for anyone who would like to take care of themselves and enjoy Melderstein's beautiful surroundings.
P.S. Of course, we can tell you about the nicest swimming spots in the area.
THE BAKER'S COTTAGE
Our baker's cottage is a cosy, rural little cottage with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with two beds. The living room also has a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, stove, kettle and microwave. There is also a sofa and dining area and a private shower and toilet. The cottage has a cosy patio with seating area.

CAMPER VANS
At Melderstein we have room for 8 - 10 caravans or camper vans, with electricity access. We also offer you the use of our guest kitchen and the shower and toilet next to the sauna. Or why not book the sauna as a wonderful end to the day?
